La mia cucina
Inspired by a real Apulian home kitchen, this “trattoria” is a pleasant place for families with children and people who love spending some time together.
Here, our guests can take part in some cooking classes where they can learn how to prepare our local dishes, made with unique seasonal ingredients, which have been, in many cases, cultivated on our own property.
The menus are based on old and forgotten recipes and can be enjoyed in a bright, informal environment that accurately reflects the mood of family lunches eaten in a local home.
Moreover, our guests can sit at “A Pizzerì” where they can delight in a tasty pizza, prepared with the best Slow Food ingredients and three different kinds of sourdough crust, and then baked inside a typical wood-burning oven.
